Yes, school!

Inzwischen ist die neue Schule eingeweiht und in Betrieb genommen. Etwa 120 Kinder besuchen die ersten drei Klassen. Und sie haben sogar schon Schuluniformen! Fünf Lehrer unterrichten sie - ehrenamtlich.

Bänke zum Sitzen gibt es schon, Tische zum Schreiben müssen noch gestiftet werden.

Meanwhile, the new school has been inaugurated and put into operation. About 120 children attend the first three classes. And they even have school uniforms! Five teachers teach them - honorary. There are benches for sitting, tables for writing have yet to be donated.

Vor dem Unterricht fegen die Schüler den Schulhof.

Danach gibt es die Schulversammlung, mit der die neue Schulwoche eröffnet wird.

Before the lessons the students sweep the schoolyard.

Then there is the assambly, with which the new school week is opened.

Die Schultaschen sind übrigens aus alten Zementsäcken genäht.

Alles muss klein beginnen, lass etwas Zeit verrinnen. Es muss nur Kraft gewinnen, und endlich ist es groß.
