Von der Idee bis zur kompletten Fertigstellung, inclusive aller Kosten für Michael Mollel,den tansanischen Ingenieur und die Arbeiter die er ausgebildet hat, solche Anlagen nun weiterhin zu bauen, hat das Werk etwas mehr Geld gekostet, als veranschlagt.

From the idea to the completion, including all the costs for Michael Mollel, the Tanzanian engineer and the workers he trained to continue building such plants, the costs are a little more than estimated.
